The restaurant there - Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails is amazing. Their creative fusion of different cuisines as well as their wonderful drinks make it worth a dinner there. It may be a hotel restaurant, but there’s nothing generic about this happening spot. How could there be, when the signature dish is Kentucky-fried quail (above) atop foie gras cornbread ladled with red beans and sausage gravy? Other attractions: Pulled pork with johnnycake; monkfish schnitzel; and duck confit flatbread with pickled kumquat.
