South Mountain Park/Preserve is one of the largest municipal parks in the country for you to enjoy when staying at short term housing Phoenix. The Judith Tunell Trail is located in the park, just behind the South Mountain Environmental Education Center. It is a very easy trail that is paved and totals no more than 1 mile in length with two loops that go back to the education center. There are signs that explain both the flora and fauna.
